Quick "cup cake"!

This is the mini version of the Quick Bake Epicure Cake.  Heaven help me!  Seriously.  This has to be illegal, it's so easy to make and so good.  Perfect if you are not interested in eating the whole cake but are looking to just satisfy that sweet tooth.

Here it is:

3 heaping tbsp cake mix, any kind will do.
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp greek yogurt

Blend all together until no lumps remain, microwave on high for about 1 to 2 minutes.  

Note: If you are not sure how long it will take to bake in your microwave then start with 1 minute and increase by 30 sec intervals until your "cup cake" is done.
